Andrew Glynn, a highly regarded Audiologist with over 15 years’ experience, founded Hear In Karingal in 2021. With a strong vision for his business, Andrew approached PIER to develop and give life to Hear In Karingal.

Having grown up in East Gippsland, Andrew is quintessentially “Australian” and brings a sense of community, care, authenticity and expertise to Hear In Karingal. To completely understand Andrew’s vision, we began by outlining a brand positioning statement – what Hear In Karingal should be known for and why it exists. This allowed the logo design to be developed from a place of clarity and purpose. The logo is grounded and simple: combining the visual cue of an ear with a clear representation of Australia, it tells potential customers that Hear In Karingal is for all Aussies.
With an established brand identity, we started designing the launch collateral – business cards, appointment cards, GP referral pad, email signatures, social media images, letterhead and clinic signage. The ‘wavelength’ brand element is carried through all collateral pieces for continuity. It’s made up of blues and greens to give the impression of calmness and reliability, while the burnt sunset colour adds contrast, inspired by the Australian outback.

To complete the Hear In Karingal brand, we took it online with a custom-built website. The website had to do three things – demonstrate Hear In Karingal’s positioning, communicate the services available and allow users to book with ease. With a strategic sitemap and thorough wireframes, we ticked all those boxes and more, developing a website that is quintessentially Hear In Karingal.

The outcome

Upon clinic opening, Hear In Karingal was launched with confidence and pride. Andrew’s ideas were interpreted beautifully, both offline and online.
