Like many legacy brands, that industry reputation hadn’t translated into a clear, contemporary marketing presence. Our journey with Dimac began with a deep-dive marketing audit, followed by a full-spectrum strategic refresh. From the outset, it was clear: Dimac was sitting on a significant (and currently unclaimed) opportunity in the market. Positioned at the premium end of the CNC tooling space, they offered high-quality, high-service solutions without the messaging to match. The business was ready for a stronger, more defined presence and the industry was wide open for a player to lead with clarity, confidence and credibility.

We worked closely with the Dimac team to segment its audience by industry, job role and purchase behaviour, enabling more personalised and purposeful communication. Think digital presence, content themes and communications strategy – all tuned to the unique rhythms of the manufacturing world.

With strategy locked in, execution followed. We began by sharpening Dimac’s positioning and redefining the visual identity. This included a complete overhaul of tone of voice, brand assets and sales materials – all designed to communicate the capability and consultative value Dimac truly offers.

From there, it was time to get tactical. We designed and launched a sleek new website aligned to Dimac’s refreshed positioning: modern, streamlined and built for conversion. The result? A 53% increase in site users, a 37% uplift in new visitors, and a jaw-dropping 930% increase in average engagement time within the first week of launch. The momentum didn’t stop there. We supported Dimac with smart, relevant, long-form content, high-performing social media posts (hello, 14% LinkedIn engagement rate!) and standout event collateral for key industry shows. Behind the scenes, we crafted a full content plan, launched eDM campaigns, and armed the sales team with refreshed materials to drive growth through both direct and distributor channels. From strategy to execution, the focus remained crystal clear: help Dimac own its rightful place in the market and give the team the tools to stay there.
