MePACS was launching its new Solo personal alarm service on the Samsung Galaxy smart watch. While the watch was a more discreet version of their traditional personal alarm devices, they didn’t want the launch to be. It was about what the watch allows users to do and how it gives them independence and peace of mind.
We put our creative hats on to conjure up a compelling message that captured all the benefits the MePACS Solo offers its users. The personal alarm service offered a 24/7 emergency response service by trained professionals, as well as including an activity tracker and heart rate monitor. So, we set out to get Australian seniors moving with confidence that “We’ll watch out for you”.
What we did
To take the message from concept to launch-ready, we designed a suite of collateral including print advertising, direct mail, social media images, email marketing templates and online advertising.
Equipped with the tools they needed, MePACS ran our clever creative as a teaser pre-registration campaign to generate intrigue, then successfully launched to the Australian seniors market.
The pre-registrations exceeded target and achieved over 1,000 leads before launch. From there, MePACS sold nearly 300 Solo watches in the first three months. One happy client said “getting the MePACS Solo was the best thing I’ve done for my freedom”.
